I utilized Quantum Metric and Qualtrics research to identify and address at least two key friction points in the Delta Wi-Fi portal log-in process and create multiple UX design solutions to each, aiming to reduce fallout by ~30% and improve the user log-in experience to make it intuitive while keeping it personalized. By presenting to executives and leaders, my research got me a place on the 2026 company roadmap.
